Occupation DescriptionThe Business Analysis Supervisor assists in monitoring business updates by studying and evaluating the company’s current/future Investments, launches pricing as well as assisting in the decision-making process by communicating with the other departments.Job ScopeAssist in developing and maintaining master plan feasibilities for potential investment opportunities in coordination with the development team.Assist in developing a Business Plan Model every quarter to allow an accurate view of the project profitability and cash flow profile and continuously update the development team.Collaborate with the development team in reviewing the master plans throughout various asset classes (residential, retail, offices & hospitality), to ensure the optimal land use efficiency and a suitable commercial mix.Establish and maintain cost models and allocations for the project. Prepare Pricing Proposals for real estate and commercial units and premium setting projects for new projects.Assess projects’ performance and suggest the required price adjustments in a timely manner by monitoring sales periodical reports; Sales Performance Reports and Sales Inventory Reports.Collaborate with the development team in issuing development briefs.Apply real estate systems (ERP and SAP) to upload all unit attributes (areas - Prices and Payment plan), which improves all workflows in collaboration with the development team.Education and Most Common Work Experience Requested5-8 years’ of related experience, previous experience in the real estate industry.Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Economics or equivalent.MBA or Master’s Degree in related fields would be desirable.
