Provide advisory on how requirements can be implemented from a functional standpoint and stimulate process changes if efficiencies can be gained.2. Design and Develop highly scalable Zoho Implementations with necessary API integrations, HTML, CSS, Deluge3 . Deep understanding of various API frameworks, micro-services and SDKs4. Experience in development and design in an Agile and DevOps environment, including change and release management.5. Construct workflow charts and diagrams, studying system capabilities, writing specifications after thorough research and analysis of customer requirements6. An excellent overview of web technologies and popular open source solutions.7. Support Project Manager/ Delivery Team in delivering the solution to the customerDefine and plan project milestones, phases and different elements involved in the project along with the principal consultantDrive and challenge the presumptions of delivery teams on how they will successfully execute their plansEnsure Customer Satisfaction through quality deliverable on time8.Contribution and coordination of project level analysis – producing required project analysis documentation (business and system requirements, scope matrix, use cases, sequence diagrams, future state proposals, UAT plan)9. Working experience in any one of the following domain like Automobiles, Telecom, Retail, BFSI, Aviation, Health Care and Pharma or Manufacturing is a plus10.Process Management and Improvement - Define and manage a well-defined project management process and champion ongoing process improvement initiatives to implement best practices for Project Management in an Agile Technology Delivery contextRequirements1.3-5 years of experience as a Solutions Consultant, Developer in designing and launching high quality software projects.Excellent knowledge in ERP, CRM catering to multiple domains preferred.2. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent is mandatory.3. Master’s Degree in relevant field an asset4. Experience of the full project cycle, integrating customer scopes into product requirements and driving prioritisation5. Excellent problem solving, verbal and written communication skills6.
