🌟 We're Hiring! — Business Architect (AI, Data‑Driven Transformation & Banking)We are seeking a talented Business Architect to drive AI‑enabled transformation across banking and payments, shaping capability maps, value streams, and digital strategies that enable next‑generation financial services.🔍 Role SummaryThe Business Architect will align AI initiatives, digital transformation goals, and enterprise strategies—leveraging data, analytics, and automation to enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and regulatory compliance across banking.📌 Key Responsibilities:✅ Define capability maps & transformation roadmaps for AI, analytics, and payments modernization✅ Identify & prioritize AI/ML opportunities across journeys (payments, credit, risk, fraud, operations)✅ Analyze and optimize banking workflows using automation & data insights✅ Collaborate with technical teams to align solutions with banking business needs✅ Conduct gap & impact analyses for regulatory programs (AML, KYC, FATCA/CRS)✅ Define KPIs & success metrics for AI/analytics initiatives✅ Support organizational readiness for AI across branches & digital channels🎯 Required Skills:🔹 Strong knowledge of BPMN, capability modeling & value streams🔹 Understanding of AI/ML, predictive analytics & BI🔹 Ability to translate strategic goals into financial/AI requirements🔹 Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF)🔹 Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills🔹 Mandatory: Knowledge of banking products, payment systems, card operations & regulatory frameworks🎓 Qualifications:🎓 Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, MIS, or related field💼 10+ years in business architecture, strategy, or enterprise analysis💳 Banking & payments industry experience is required
