- Assist in mapping all service processes across all customer touch point for RBG.- Help in improving the customer satisfaction level to ensure that all the survey scored to be at acceptable levels.- Adhere to SLAs-TATs, to assure low rejection and decline levels & high quality of customer interaction.- Implement solution to problem areas identifier.- Assist in handle customer issue.- Assist head of sales, business development managers, in preparing the sales approach plan/report for achieving annual/monthly result through defined targets assigned to every sales channel.- Schedule & have product, marketing, credit and risk meeting with sales force.- Assist monitoring sales result and measure results against goals set.- To ensure quality of sales calls/visits including accuracy & completion of information to minimize risk fraud.- Take ownership of customer complaint resolution.- Improve implementation of standards across the unit.
