The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities and fostering relationships with clients. Responsibilities include lead generation, conducting market research to identify industry trends, managing client accounts, and providing exceptional customer service to meet and exceed sales targets.QualificationsProven experience in B2B sales and business development, preferably within the interior design, furniture, or construction industry.Strong ability to identify and generate new business opportunities through market research and lead generation targeting corporate clients.Experience in managing mid-sized to large B2B accounts and building long-term client relationships.Ability to handle the full sales cycle including initial outreach, client meetings, proposal preparation, negotiation, and closing deals.Strong negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to clearly communicate value propositions to business clients.Experience in proposal development and commercial offers aligned with client requirements and company capabilities.Ability to coordinate with internal teams (design, execution, and marketing) to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.Understanding of industry trends, competitors, and client needs to support business growth strategies.Experience working with corporate clients, developers, or consultants is a strong advantage.Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Business Administration or a related field is preferred.If you are interested send your updated CV to 01221787081 and mention the job title.
