The Business Developer will identify and pursue new business opportunities with developers, architects, and related partners, nurturing a strong pipeline of qualified leads. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, mapping target accounts, reaching out to prospects, and managing follow-ups through calls, emails, and meetings. The role involves preparing and presenting tailored proposals, collaborating with creative and production teams to align pitches with NAM Studio’s services, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking tools. The Business Developer will also attend industry events, support marketing initiatives, gather client feedback, and contribute to refining NAM Studio’s business development strategy.QualificationsStrong Analytical Skills and Market Research capabilities to identify trends, prioritize opportunities, and support data-informed decisions.Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, manage relationships, and represent the studio professionally in all interactions.Proven experience in Lead Generation, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and managing a structured outreach process.Prior experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally in real estate, creative industries, architecture, design, or related fields.Ability to work independently, organize multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced studio environment.Comfort using CRM tools and productivity software to track leads, activities, and performance metrics.Professional proficiency in English; additional languages, especially German or French, are an advantage.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
