As a Business Development Associate, you will be at the heart of our startup's growth engine. You will wear many hats—from shaping how we present ourselves to investors, to engaging directly with our users, to managing our public voice. We are looking for a fresh graduate or junior professional who has the passion, hustle, and operational mindset to take ownership of multiple high-impact projects.What You’ll DoUser Feedback & Operations: Engage directly with our users to collect, organize, and analyze feedback to help shape our product roadmap and improve user experience.Pitch & Presentation Mastery: Create, design, and continuously update our slide decks for investor pitches, client meetings, and partnerships.Funding & Accelerator Management: Research, draft, and manage end-to-end applications for startup accelerators, grants, and other funding opportunities.Brand Voice & Social Media: Take ownership of our LinkedIn presence by crafting engaging posts, sharing our milestones, and building our community within the agtech and startup ecosystem.Cross-Functional Support: Step in where needed to support general business operations, market research, and strategic planning.Who You AreExperience Level: Fresh graduate or junior professional (0–2 years of experience) with a strong portfolio of relevant extracurriculars, internships, or side projects.Passionate & Driven: You have a genuine interest in agtech, agriculture, or tech-driven sustainability and want to make a real impact.Exceptional Communicator: You write clearly and persuasively, whether it's a LinkedIn post, a grant application, or an email to a user.Design-Savvy: You know your way around presentation software (PowerPoint, Canva, Pitch, etc.) and have a great eye for visual storytelling and slide layout.Highly Organized: You can juggle multiple deadlines, keep track of application requirements, and manage moving pieces without dropping the ball.Bonus PointsPrevious experience or internships in a startup environment.A basic understanding of satellite imagery, remote sensing, or the agricultural supply chain.Why Join Us?Direct exposure to the core operations of a high-growth agtech startup.The opportunity to build your skills across business development, marketing, and operations.A flexible, dynamic work environment where your ideas will directly impact the company's trajectory.How to Apply: Please send your resume and a brief introduction telling us why you are the right fit for this role to info@greenalyticseg.com.
