We are looking for a dynamic and relationship-driven professional to help grow our business and strengthen our client relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness DevelopmentIdentify and pursue new business opportunities across corporate, hospitality, event, and private sectors.Build and maintain a pipeline of potential B2B clients, including event planners, agencies, venues, hotels, and corporate accounts.Develop strategic partnerships that support the growth of the brand.Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients.Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial offers tailored to client needs.Client RelationsServe as the primary point of contact for both B2B and B2C clients.Ensure a seamless client experience from the initial inquiry through project completion.Schedule and coordinate client meetings, tastings, and presentations.Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.Gather client feedback and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful execution of client requirements.Maintain detailed records of client interactions and opportunities.Qualifications3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Client Relations, Account Management, or a similar role.Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.Experience in the F&B, hospitality, catering, or events industry is a strong advantage.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
