Conduct cold calls and follow-up calls with potential clients to introduce company services and assess opportunities.Conduct regular market mapping and segmentation to prioritize high-potential customers and sectors.Identify and explore new markets to expand the company’s customer base and business presence.Generate qualified leads through market research and other tools.Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and outcomes.Handle customer complaints professionally, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.Track and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through contract award and handover.Manage invoice issuance and follow up on collections in coordination with finance to ensure timely payment.Coordinate post-sales handover to operations to ensure smooth project initiation.Support the preparation and submission of tenders, ensuring compliance with technical and commercial requirements.Prepare and coordinate commercial proposals in line with customer requirements and company guidelines.Utilize the SAP system to manage customer records, sales orders, invoicing, and reporting accurately.  Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Law or a related field.1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.Excellent organizational and time management abilities.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Very good computer knowledge and skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
