Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to support company growth Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract closure Attend meetings with potential clients and represent the company professionally Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets Analyze market trends and client needs to propose tailored solutions Maintain an up-to-date database of facility development projects Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery Conduct site visits and resolve any obstacles prior to project execution 1–3 years of proven experience in sales Strong negotiation and communication skills Experience handling the full sales process independently CRM experience is preferred Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented approach Self-motivated, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlinesExperience in the Facility Management industry is preferred.
