Business Development & SalesResearch and identify potential clients and new opportunities in the interior woodwork market, including hotels, resorts, residential compounds, luxury offices, private villas, retail stores, and jewelry shops.Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, real estate developers, contracting companies, interior designers, architects, and direct clients.Prepare and present commercial and technical proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals while achieving sales targets.Follow up with existing and potential clients to ensure customer satisfaction and generate repeat business.Product Knowledge & Client SupportPresent and explain products, materials, finishes, accessories, and manufacturing capabilities to clients.Respond to client inquiries regarding materials, specifications, installation, quality, and available solutions.Coordinate with the design, estimation, and production teams to ensure proposed solutions are practical and meet project requirements.
