With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we're driving major missions forward.A Business Development Executive maximize customer satisfaction and category growth through optimized assortment, partnerships, inventory management, and revenue diversification.Ensure best in class customer experience through compelling category assortment, strong site merchandising, world-class PDP’s, inspiring content, and excellent knowledge of consumer journeys for your category.Ensure Category growth through expanding Assortment, price leadership, Key partnerships, on-time launches and Category MonetizationIdentify, negotiate, and onboard partners/sellers that add value to the overall category offeringManage key partnerships & ensure they grow month-on-month by addressing gaps in their listing, price disparities against offline/online competition & healthy inventory coverInventory planning & management to ensure availability of top products & brands at all timesBuild alternative revenue streams through multiple avenues from sellers & brands -onsite brand marketing, brand ads , innovative digital campaigns , co-marketing campaigns etc.Establish and maintain strong collaborative working relationships with internal and external business partners to drive best shopping experienceWhat you'll need:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a similar field1 year or less of relevant experience in a similar roleDemonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detailExcellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilitiesStrong verbal and written communication skillsExceptional quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills and demonstrated ability to use data and analysis to make recommendations and drive decisions.Who will excel?We’re looking for people with high standards, who understand that hard work matters.You need to be relentlessly resourceful and operate with a deep bias for action.We need people with the courage to be fiercely original.noon is not for everyone; readiness to adapt, pivot, and learn is essential.
