Support contract negotiations and the successful closing of business opportunities. Work toward achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling existing services. Contribute to revenue growth through client retention and expansion strategies. Market Research & AnalysisMonitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging industry services. Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, Client Relations, Event Management, or a similar role. Experience in B2B sales is preferred. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. Experience managing client accounts and coordinating project delivery is an advantage. Ability to identify business opportunities and drive revenue growth. Technical SkillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or similar platforms. Strong presentation, reporting, and documentation skills. Ability to prepare business proposals and commercial presentations.
