We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Head to drive growth by identifying new market opportunities and acquiring B2B clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in selling services, building client relationships, and expanding into new markets.Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets.Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified B2B leads.Approach, pitch, and close deals with corporate clients.Conduct market research to identify potential industries and clients.Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets.Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing.Build long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.Collaborate with internal teams to tailor service offerings based on client needs.Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market insights. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Proven experience in Business Development or B2B Sales (services is a must).Strong ability to open new markets and generate leads from scratch.Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.Experience in managing the full sales cycle.Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.Fluency in Arabic and English.
