Job SummaryThe Business Development & Investment Manager is responsible for identifying growth opportunities, evaluating real estate investments, managing inventory strategies, and driving profitability through data-driven financial and market analysis. This role plays a key part in shaping the company’s expansion strategy and maximizing asset value.Key ResponsibilitiesLead feasibility studies for new real estate projects (residential, commercial, mixed-use). Assess project viability, including location analysis, demand forecasting, and risk assessment. Prepare investment proposals and presentations for senior management and stakeholders. Conduct highest and best use analysis for land and property assets. Develop detailed financial models (DCF, IRR, NPV, sensitivity analysis). Evaluate project profitability, cash flow projections, and return on investment. Monitor financial performance of ongoing projects and recommend corrective actions. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Oversee real estate inventory (units, phases, projects) to optimize sales performance. Develop pricing strategies based on market trends, absorption rates, and demand. Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure proper inventory positioning. Track inventory aging and recommend actions to improve turnover. Analyze real estate market trends, customer behavior, and pricing benchmarks. Provide actionable insights to guide product development and marketing strategies. Monitor regulatory changes and economic factors impacting the real estate sector. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support expansion plans. Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company goals. Source and evaluate land acquisition and development opportunities. RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, or related field (MBA is a plus). 10–15 years of experience in real estate development, investment, or business development. Strong background in financial modeling and feasibility analysis. Proven experience in inventory management within real estate. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
