About the RoleWe are hiring a Business Development Manager to lead the growth of our catering business across weddings, private events, and corporate clients. This role is responsible for driving new revenue streams, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our presence within the events and hospitality market.ResponsibilitiesDrive revenue growth by acquiring new business across weddings, private events, and corporate cateringBuild and maintain strong relationships with: Wedding planners, Event planners, and Corporate clientsVenue owners and event organizersManage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closureConduct client meetings, understand requirements, and present tailored catering solutionsPrepare proposals, pricing, and commercial offers aligned with the company's strategyNegotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targetsDevelop strategic partnerships to secure recurring business and long-term agreementsMaintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular performance reportingCollaborate with operations and production teams to ensure the successful execution of eventsRepresent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunitiesQualificationsMinimum 3+ years of experience in catering, events, or business developmentStrong network within the events industry (wedding planners & event planners)Proven ability to generate business and close dealsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsTarget-driven with a strong commercial mindset
