Below are the details of the position:Location: New Cairo, EgyptCompensation & Work Structure: Base Salary: Fixed salary per month Work Arrangement: 4 -5 days per week at the office Remaining days may be performed remotelyCommission & Incentive Structure: Shared Campaigns (Per Quarter): 1st Deal: 5% commission 2nd Deal: 7% commission 3rd Deal and above: 10% commission Exclusive Campaign Bonuses: 1st Deal: EGP 70,000 2nd Deal: EGP 80,000 3rd Deal and above: EGP 90,000 Renewals: 50% of the applicable commission applies to renewed contracts Commission applies to all deals generated directly by the employee Payment method: bank transfer, cash, or electronic payment as suitableKey Responsibilities: Identify, approach, and acquire companies and brands for advertising campaign contracts Establish partnerships with advertising, marketing, and media buying agencies Build and manage a strong B2B sales pipeline and maintain long-term client relationships Develop and maintain lead generation strategy and sales pipeline Negotiate commercial terms, partnerships, and preferred rates with agencies Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and brand positioning Maintain accurate CRM records of leads, meetings, and deals Provide weekly reports on sales activities, pipeline, and new business opportunitie Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets Represent TRAFFIX in client meetings, negotiations, industry events, and presentations Minimum 5–7 years of proven B2B sales experience.Strong track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets. Experience managing high-value accounts and leading complex negotiations. Having an existing client base is highly preferred.
