We are looking for an ambitious Business Development Representative (BDR) to support our growing sales operations in the US market. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about sales, confident communicating in English, and capable of working in a fast-paced remote environment. You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and supporting the company’s revenue growth.Job Responsibilities:Generate new leads and business opportunities, focusing on U.S.-based clients and shippers.Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to potential clients.Maintain and update CRM records and ensure proper follow-up.Achieve sales targets and KPIs related to activity, lead generation, and conversions.Build strong relationships with potential customers and maintain them for future opportunities.Coordinate with internal teams (operations) to support sales activities, including RFQs.Maintain professional communication with U.S. clients.
