This role requires a proactive and communication-driven professional who can manage outbound outreach, handle objections, and maintain a consistent sales pipeline in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProspecting & OutreachProspect and conduct outreach to provided leadsIntroduce and explain the company’s marketing services in a clear and professional mannerLead Qualification & Demo SchedulingEngage potential clients, assess their needs, and determine fit for the company’s servicesSchedule video demo appointments for the sales team with qualified leadsPipeline Management & Follow-UpFollow up with agents who have shown interest but have not yet booked a demoTrack conversations and progress to maintain a consistent and organized sales pipelineCommunication & Objection HandlingHandle objections and communicate the value proposition effectivelyMaintain professional and engaging communication throughout the sales processCollaborationParticipate in daily meetings with the team and other BDRsQualificationsExperience2+ years of experience in sales, SDR, or BDR rolesSkillsStrong verbal communication and cold-calling skillsAbility to engage prospects, assess needs, and qualify opportunitiesSelf-motivated with the ability to work independentlyStrong follow-up and organizational skills to manage pipeline effectivelyAbility to handle objections and communicate value clearlyOpportunityThis is an opportunity to join an innovative proptech company reshaping the home-buying experience.
