Responsibilities : Business Development (Explore & Generate) Identify and explore new B2B opportunities across Egypt and African markets Research and map potential clients in need of IT outsourcing & manpower solutions Generate leads through cold calls, networking, LinkedIn outreach, and field visits Build and nurture a pipeline of qualified opportunities from scratch Sales (Advise & Close) Own the full sales cycle: prospect → consult → propose → negotiate → close Run consultative discovery calls and solution presentations Prepare proposals and handle objections to secure signed contracts Close deals consistently and hit monthly / quarterly revenue targets Competitive base salary Uncapped commission – you earn more for every deal you close Autonomy to build your pipeline your way Fast decision-making – no red tape Clear growth path to senior and leadership roles 2–5 years of experience in both business development and sales (IT services, staffing, or outsourcing strongly preferred) Proven ability to generate your own leads and close your own deals Comfortable selling intangible services – you build trust and value early Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills Self-starter who thrives on variety: some days exploring, some days closing Cairo-based or willing to travel across the Egyptian market
