EBS-Elegant is looking for a results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our growing team.If you have a passion for sales, building strong client relationships, and driving business growth, we'd love to hear from you!Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunities.Promote and sell the company's services to potential clients.Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.Conduct market research and competitor analysis.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful service delivery.Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum of 4 years of experience in Business Development or B2B service sales.Proven experience in selling services and managing the full sales cycle.Previous experience in the Outsourcing industry is preferred.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools.Excellent command of English.Location: Nasr CityInterested candidates can send their CVs to: Aziza.Mohsen@ebselegant.com
