The ideal candidate has strong selling and negotiation skills, is confident engaging with decision-makers, and thrives in a target-driven environment.Experience selling recruitment services, HR systems, or software solutions is highly preferred. However, we are open to candidates from niche B2B industries who demonstrate strong commercial instincts and proven sales performance.This role combines new business development and account management. You will be responsible for acquiring new clients, expanding existing accounts, entering new markets, and acting as a trusted partner for your clients by handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring long-term relationship success. Travel abroad may be required when needed.Responsibilities:New Business Development:Identify, target, and acquire new clients across various industriesConduct cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and networkingOpen new accounts and generate qualified leadsBuild and manage a healthy sales pipelineEnter and develop new markets, including international marketsSales & Negotiation:Conduct client meetings and presentationsPrepare customized proposals and commercial offersLead negotiations and close dealsManage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signingAccount Management:Act as the primary point of contact for your assigned clientsHandle client inquiries, concerns, and service-related issuesEnsure smooth coordination between clients and internal recruitment teamsMaintain strong long-term partnershipsIdentify upselling and cross-selling opportunitiesMarket Expansion:Research and explore opportunities in new countries and industriesRepresent the company in meetings, events, and potential international engagementsBe open to travel abroad when required
