Position: Business Development Specialist – IT Outsourcing & Software ServicesLocation: 100% Remote (Work from anywhere)Language: English Business-Fluent / Advanced — MandatoryAdditional European language: Big plus🔵 About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Business Development Specialist who can own the full sales cycle from the first outreach to closing the deal.This is not only a lead generation role.You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, opening conversations, building strong relationships, understanding business and technical needs, presenting Fekra Technologies’ outsourcing solutions, following up professionally, preparing commercial discussions, negotiating, and helping close new business.We need someone who can speak confidently with decision-makers, build trust, and turn conversations into real business opportunities.🔵 Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify companies that may need software outsourcing, IT services, or dedicated remote engineering teams.Research target accounts, industries, markets, and decision-makers.Initiate outbound conversations through LinkedIn, email, calls, referrals, and other channels.Build strong relationships with founders, CEOs, CTOs, HR leaders, and business decision-makers.Understand client challenges, hiring needs, technical requirements, budget, timeline, and decision process.Lead discovery conversations and qualify whether the opportunity is a good fit.Present Fekra Technologies’ services in a clear, professional, and consultative way.Explain outsourcing models, dedicated teams, engagement options, and value proposition.Prepare and support proposals, pricing discussions, and client follow-ups.Handle objections related to cost, quality, trust, delivery, communication, and remote teams.Negotiate terms and support the deal-closing process.Coordinate with internal teams to prepare suitable solutions for client requirements.Maintain accurate CRM updates, pipeline stages, activities, and next steps.Follow up consistently until each opportunity reaches a clear result.Support smooth handover after closing to the delivery/account team.Share market feedback, client objections, and competitor insights with management.🔵 Required Experience & Skills3+ years of experience in business development, B2B sales, client acquisition, or full-cycle sales.Proven experience selling IT services, software services, outsourcing, recruitment, EOR, HR solutions, or professional services.Strong experience opening conversations with new clients and converting them into opportunities.Ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.Excellent English communication skills, written and spoken.Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.Ability to understand client needs and connect them to suitable business solutions.Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and follow-up skills.Experience using LinkedIn for outreach and client engagement.Experience using CRM tools such as Zoho, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar.Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working remotely with targets.🔵 Nice to HaveExperience selling to European or GCC clients.Previous experience in a software house, outsourcing company, recruitment agency, HR solutions company, or B2B services company.Understanding of software development roles, dedicated teams, and outsourcing delivery models.Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.Experience using email outreach tools.Additional language such as German, French, Spanish, Dutch, Polish, Russian, or Italian.🔵 Performance KPIsNumber of qualified opportunities created.Number of discovery calls completed.Number of proposals or commercial discussions initiated.Opportunity-to-deal conversion rate.Monthly closed deals or revenue contribution.Pipeline value generated.Follow-up consistency.CRM accuracy.Quality of client relationships and long-term account potential.🔵What We Are Looking ForWe are looking for someone who is professional, confident, commercially smart, and persistent.The right candidate can open doors, build trust, understand client problems, explain solutions clearly, and move the deal forward until closure.Why Join Fekra?🏆 ISO-Certified & ISTQB Platinum Partner – Be part of a globally recognized company.🌍 100% Remote – Work from anywhere!💰 Competitive Salary🚀 Exciting Projects – Work on cutting-edge fintech and cloud-based applications.📈 Career Growth – Enjoy continuous learning and professional development.💡 Flexible Work Options – Part-time and full-time remote opportunities.🤝 Collaborative Culture – Join a dynamic, supportive, and innovative team.
