Business Development Specialist

Job Overview:We are looking for a Business Development Specialist with experience in the livestreaming industry to expand our business in the GCC market. The ideal candidate should have strong industry connections, a deep understanding of guild resources, and a proven track record of growing partnerships and revenue streams in the livestreaming sector.Key Responsibilities:Identify, develop, and manage business opportunities in the livestreaming sector within the GCC region.Establish and maintain partnerships with guilds, content creators, agencies, and influencers.Develop and implement growth strategies to enhance market penetration and increase revenue.Work closely with marketing and operations teams to drive engagement and maximize user acquisition.Negotiate and close deals with partners, ensuring mutual benefits and long-term collaboration.Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and potential areas for expansion.Requirements:Proven experience (6+ months) in business development within the livestreaming industry such as (TikTok Live).Strong network in the GCC region, particularly with guilds, agencies, and content creators.Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.Understanding of livestreaming trends, monetization models, and user engagement strategies.Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.English Level B1+ or above .Preferred Qualifications:Experience working with livestreaming platforms, talent management, or digital media agencies.Familiarity with GCC market trends and audience behaviours.
