As part of its continued growth, Intercheim Corp. is also expanding into new digital and technology-based business opportunities.Role Description The Business Development Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and building relationships. Daily activities include conducting market research, analyzing trends, preparing sales presentations, and participating in client meetings.QualificationsVery good command of English, both written and spoken.Good technical background or strong understanding of software solutions.Strong analytical skills to evaluate markets, competitors, leads, and business opportunities.Excellent communication skills for outreach, presentations, meetings, and internal collaboration.Strong lead generation and market research skills.Good negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.Customer service mindset with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term relationships.Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Experience in business development, sales, partnerships, lead generation, or account management is preferred.Experience working with software companies, digital agencies, SaaS businesses, developers, or online marketplaces is a strong plus.Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency with CRM software, LinkedIn, email outreach tools.Fluency in English is a must.
