Iqrar is looking for a Business Development Specialist to join our team and help expand the adoption of our AI-powered legal platform.The role focuses on reaching out to law firms, legal departments, companies, and professional clients, understanding their needs, presenting Iqrar clearly, and converting interested leads into active users or paid customers.Responsibilities:Identify and reach out to potential clients including law firms, companies, and legal departments.Present Iqrar’s product value in a clear and professional way.Conduct product demos and explain how the platform can support legal work.Follow up with leads and manage the sales pipeline from first contact to closing.Understand client needs, objections, and feedback, and share insights with the product team.Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.Help improve the sales process, messaging, and client outreach strategy. 2–5 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, software sales, SaaS sales, or selling professional services. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Good understanding of technology products and ability to explain them simply. Comfortable reaching out to new clients and following up professionally.Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple leads at different stages. Experience with CRM tools is a plus. Experience in legal, fintech, SaaS, AI tools, or software products is a plus. Good English.
