About the Role:We are seeking a proactive Business Development Specialist to fuel Saudisoft’s sales pipeline by identifying, researching, generating, and qualifying prospect leads across key markets. This role bridges marketing and sales, ensuring campaigns translate into high-quality leads for the business development team.Key Responsibilities:Research and build targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn, industry directories, and databases.Execute outbound prospecting campaigns (email sequences, LinkedIn outreach, calls if needed).Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns.Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead information.Work closely with the Marketing Manager to align campaigns with prospecting strategies.Provide weekly reports on outreach activity, conversion rates, and market feedback.Execute Lead-generating campaigns across social media platforms. Bachelor’s degree1–3 years in lead generation, demand generation, or B2B outbound marketing.Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar tools.Experience with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho preferred).Strong written communication skills (English required, Arabic a plus).Organized, detail-oriented, and metrics-driven.1 year experience in media buying ( Real estate – B2B )
