Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Intelligence Developer with 1–2 years of professional experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing data-driven solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies to support strategic and operational decision-making. This role requires strong technical expertise in Power BI, Power Apps, and SQL, along with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable and efficient analytics solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and semantic models Develop and customize Power Apps applications to improve workflow automation and operational efficiency Perform data extraction, transformation, cleansing, and validation processes Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries and stored procedures Develop and manage data models to ensure performance, scalability, and accuracy Integrate data from various internal and external sources, including databases, cloud services, and APIs Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver analytical solutions Explore and implement AI-powered capabilities within the Microsoft ecosystem (e.g., Copilot features) Prepare technical documentation and provide user training and support Ensure data governance, security, and best practices are followed Annual bonus Health insurance and wellness programs Professional development and training opportunities Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field 1–2 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related role Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI and Power Apps) Strong proficiency in SQL Solid understanding of data modeling principles and relational databases Experience with data visualization best practices Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Preferred Qualifications Experience with Power Automate Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure Familiarity with AI-enabled tools and automation features Experience working in agile or fast-paced environments
