Business Intelligence Specialist (Marketing Analytics)Department: Operations & DeliveryReports To: Director of Operations & DeliveryLocation: Remote (Full-time Preferred)About the role:We are looking for a Business Intelligence Specialist to build and manage our marketing reporting ecosystem. You will connect multiple marketing and customer engagement platforms, build dynamic dashboards, validate data accuracy, and provide actionable business insights for both internal teams and clients.Key Responsibilities• Integrate data from advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).• Connect customer engagement and CRM platforms such as WebEngage and Respond.io (or similar platforms).• Build automated reporting workflows and dynamic dashboards.• Design reporting architecture from scratch.• Create dashboards at Account, Campaign, Ad Set, Ad, and Creative level.• Clean, validate, and reconcile marketing data from multiple sources.• Identify reporting discrepancies and investigate data quality issues.• Provide business insights and strategic recommendations based on marketing performance.• Work closely with Operations, Account Management, and Marketing teams.Required Skills• Power BI (or similar BI platform)• Dashboard Development• Marketing Analytics• Data Cleaning & Validation• Business Analysis• API & Data Integration• Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsPreferred Experience• WebEngage (Required)• Windsor.ai or similar marketing data connectors• Respond.io or similar customer communication platforms• Google Analytics 4 (GA4)• Experience integrating multiple marketing platforms into a unified reporting dashboardWhat Success Looks Like• Build a centralized reporting environment.• Automate marketing and client reporting.• Deliver executive and client-facing dashboards.• Improve reporting accuracy and reduce manual work.• Generate actionable business recommendations.
