Job Purpose:Support the effectiveness, usability, and adoption of business systems and tools by maintaining system operations, providing user support and training, and ensuring alignment with business processes and operational needs.Key Responsibilities:· Maintain and support business applications and internally developed tools to ensure system reliability and usability· Assist in system enhancements and support deployment of tools delivered through PMO initiatives· Provide user support, training, and onboarding to promote system adoption across business functions· Monitor system performance and data integrity to ensure continuous and reliable business operations· Document system processes, user guides, and operational procedures to ensure knowledge continuity· Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams to resolve system issues and communicate requirementsTechnical competencies:· Business system administration and configuration· Data entry, system monitoring, and basic troubleshootingQualification & Education:· Education: Engineering / IT-related degree· Years of Experience: 2-3 Years of experience
