This role is responsible for answering inquiries related to admissions, registration, financial aid, academic programs, and other student-related services.Key Responsibilities:Answer incoming calls, emails, and live chats from students and families in a professional and timely manner.Provide accurate information regarding enrollment, class schedules, tuition, financial aid, and campus resources.Assist students with resolving issues or directing them to appropriate departments.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of college/university policies, procedures, and services.Document all student interactions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.Handle complaints or concerns with patience and efficiency, escalating as needed.Participate in training and ongoing professional development sessions. Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus.Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.Comfortable using computers, phone systems, and CRM tools.Bilingual skills are a plus.
