Key Responsibilities:Handle incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries professionally.Make outbound calls to follow up with leads and promote services (telesales).Book, confirm, and reschedule appointments.Provide accurate information about dermatology services, offers, and treatments.Maintain patient records and update the system regularly.Handle patient complaints and ensure high levels of satisfaction. Requirements:Previous experience in call center, customer service, or telesales (medical background is a plus)Excellent communication and persuasion skillsAbility to multitask and work under pressureGood command of English (Arabic is a must)Strong customer service mindset
