Job Purpose:To handle inbound and outbound customer interactions, providing accurate information, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction while maintaining M squared standards and service quality.Job Responsibilities:Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.Make outbound calls when required (follow-ups, surveys, or sales activities).Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments when necessary.Meet individual and team performance targets (KPIs).Ensure compliance with company procedures and quality standards.Job Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant experience.0–3 years of experience in customer service or call center roles.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving abilities.Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult situations.
