Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally and promptly.Make outbound calls for follow-ups, surveys, or promotions as required.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.Provide clear and concise information about products, services, or company policies.Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times. Excellent command of English (both spoken and written) – mandatory.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Customer-focused with problem-solving abilities.Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets.Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus, but fresh graduates are welcome.Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
