Proven Experience: A minimum of 2-5 years of dedicated experience in a high-volume call center or a similar customer service role.Exceptional Skill Set: Demonstrated expertise in Call Center operations, advanced Customer Care, outstanding Customer Service, and comprehensive Customer Support. You must also possess superior Communication, sharp Problem Solving, genuine Empathy, keen Active Listening, and adept Conflict Resolution skills. Familiarity with CRM Software, excellent Time Management, and high Adaptability are essential.Education: While a specific degree is not mandated, a High School Diploma or equivalent is expected. Relevant professional certifications or advanced vocational training in customer service are highly valued.Language: Arabic Speaking proficiency.Career Level: This is an Experienced level role, requiring a proven track record of handling complex customer scenarios and demonstrating independence and initiative.Location: Ability to work on-site at our state-of-the-art facility in Fifth Settlement New Cairo, Egypt.Timing: Females 8:30 am to 4:30 pm everyday except two holiday not including Friday and Saturday.                           Males 4:00pm to 12:00 am everyday except two holiday not including Friday and Saturday.
