We’re Hiring – Call Center ManagerJoin our team at Real Mark, a leading real estate company in Egypt, and be part of a dynamic and growing team.Key Responsibilities: • Manage daily inbound and outbound call center operations to ensure excellent customer service and lead follow-up. • Lead, coach, and motivate call center agents to achieve performance tragets. • Design and monitor KPIs, call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction levels. • Handle customer complaints and escalations, ensuring timely resolution within SLAs. • Use existing customer databases and old leads to generate interest, qualify prospects, and schedule appointments. • Develop call scripts, service standards, and process improvements to enhance performance. • Conduct regular call quality reviews and audits to improve service quality and customer experience. • Work closely with sales and Marketing teams to support business growth and customer engagement.Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field. • 7-10 years of experience in Call Center Managment. • Previous experience in the real estate industry is required. • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to analyze reports and improve performance based on data • Good command of English. • Leadership and people management skills. • High attention to details and strong organizational abilities. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.If you’re interested, please send your CV via email:Nourhan.Ahmed@realmark.com.eg
