Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Call Center Representative based in Giza. The Call Center Representative will handle customer inquiries, provide excellent customer service, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound calls, maintaining detailed records of interactions, and coordinating with internal teams to address customer needs effectively.
