Role Description This is a Remotely Contact Center Agent role based in Qesm 1st Nasser City. The Contact Center Agent will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to customer inquiries, and provide information about services, reservations, and offerings. The role involves resolving issues, escalating complex cases when needed, and documenting interactions accurately in the system. The agent will follow scripts and procedures, maintain service quality standards, and collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth customer experience. The position requires working scheduled shifts, meeting performance targets, and adhering to company policies and guidelines.Qualifications-Respond to customer inquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, email, and social media platforms.-Provide professional support by handling customer questions, concerns, and complaints.-Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into successful sales.-Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.-Coordinate appointments, schedules, and customer requests.-Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service.-Maintain accurate customer records using CRM or internal systems.Requirements:2–3+ years of experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, or Sales.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Experience handling multiple communication channels (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Email, and Phone).Strong sales, negotiation, and follow-up skills.Ability to handle customer complaints professionally and effectively.Experience dealing with Gulf clients is a plus.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Basic knowledge of CRM systems and Genesys.English proficiency is preferred.
