QualificationsExperience working as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar customer-facing role, with a focus on delivering consistent support.Demonstrated ability to maintain high levels of Customer Satisfaction by handling inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently.Strong Interpersonal Skills, including active listening, empathy, and clear communication across diverse customer groups.Proficiency in Customer Support practices, such as call handling, ticketing, and follow-up, using established procedures and tools.Solid Computer Literacy, including the ability to navigate CRM systems, call center software, email, and common office applications.Effective verbal and written communication skills in English; additional language skills are an advantage.Ability to work on-site in Giza on a full-time schedule, including shifts, weekends, or holidays as required.Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in business, communications, or a related field is a plus.Previous experience in a call center or digital solutions environment is preferred but not mandatory for highly motivated candidates.
