The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading BPM/workflow automation initiatives using Camunda, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering scalable enterprise workflow solutions within a banking environment.Key Responsibilities:Lead the design, development, and implementation of workflow and business process automation solutions using Camunda BPM.Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to gather and analyze requirements.Design BPMN workflows, DMN decision tables, and process orchestration solutions.Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.Ensure integration of Camunda solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, and banking systems.Review code, architecture, and technical designs to ensure quality and best practices.Troubleshoot and resolve workflow/process-related production issues.Participate in solution architecture discussions and recommend process optimization strategies.Ensure adherence to banking security, compliance, and governance standards.Support deployment activities, performance tuning, and system monitoring.Required Skills & Experience:5–10 years of overall IT experience with strong expertise in BPM/workflow automation.Hands-on experience with Camunda BPM / Camunda Platform.Strong understanding of BPMN 2.0, DMN, and workflow orchestration concepts.Experience in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices architecture.Experience integrating Camunda with enterprise systems and middleware.Good understanding of database technologies such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server.Experience working in banking or financial services environments is highly preferred.Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.Experience with cloud platforms, Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD pipelines is an advantage.Preferred Qualifications:Camunda certification is preferred.Experience working on enterprise-scale digital transformation projects.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.Candidates with relevant Camunda BPM experience and prior exposure to banking domain projects will be given preference.
