The Captain Order is responsible for overseeing the flow of customer orders, coordinating with service staff and kitchen or operations teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery. Daily tasks include reviewing and confirming orders, resolving order-related issues, maintaining quality and service standards, and supporting team members in managing peak times. The role also involves monitoring customer satisfaction, communicating clearly with colleagues and clients, and adhering to company policies and procedures. The Captain Order is expected to contribute to a positive work environment and uphold Neist Recruitment’s commitment to professional service.QualificationsStrong organizational and coordination skills to manage multiple orders and prioritize tasks effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers, colleagues, and management.Attention to detail and accuracy in handling orders, documentation, and service standards.Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and effective during busy or challenging situations.Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or a customer-facing operational role is preferred.Ability to work on-site in Qesm 3rd New Cairo on a full-time schedule, including weekends or shifts as required.Basic computer literacy and familiarity with order management or POS systems is an advantage.Commitment to teamwork, reliability, and maintaining a professional, service-oriented attitude.
