Effectively manage operational infrastructure, processes and policies with respect to after booking card maintenance activities, risk mitigation, fraud exposure control, and financial entries related to cards after booking activities and all aspects of Cards Projects.Ensure efficient execution of all required processes thereby reducing exposure to operations loss, penalties and customer complaints.Avoid operation loss caused by lack of controls over maintenance activities.Ensure all cards project UATs are conducted accurately and efficiently to avoid post implementation issues and potential operational losses.Guide and supervise Cards Maintenance team and ensure their efficiency and accuracy are maintainedAssist Unit Manager in conducting performance reviews for cards maintenance team.Consistent and timely review of cards operations processes to avoid transaction risk and keep improving preventive actions and applying bank processEvaluate/Manage CMS performance and suggest tools for improvementsImplement changing business compliance requirements due to new technology development in the electronic payment industry.Responsible for enhancing operational efficiency and cost management by identifying automation opportunities or through outsourcing solutions.Conduct UAT testing for cards URFs and SOWs.Responsible for setting and registering any additional BINEfficiently support new sales channels launched by businessOperate Cards products considering the operating procedures' manual and in compliance with CBE rules & regulations.Facilitate system and other business service enhancing services from in-house or third party services.Good management skills.Excellent communication skills.Should have investigation skills.Knowledge of Fraud / Risk management techniquesAt least 8 years of experience in OperationsCapability to create product accounting cycle.The leading financial institution in MENAWhile more than half a century old, we proudly think like a challenger, startup, and innovatorin banking and finance, powered by a diverse and dynamic team who put customers first.Together, we pioneer key innovations and developments in banking and financial services.Our mandate?
