We are currently looking for a reliable, energetic, and highly organized Cashier to serve as the face of our salon for our branches in Al Rehab City and Madinaty. If you thrive in a fast-paced setting and love delivering excellent customer service, we want you on our team!The Role As our Cashier and Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first and last point of contact for our clients. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:Client Experience: Greeting guests as soon as they walk in, ensuring they feel comfortable, and managing wait times.Managing Transactions: Processing cash, credit, and debit payments accurately and efficiently using our Point of Sale (POS) system.Schedule Management: Booking, confirming, and adjusting client appointments via phone, walk-ins, and our salon scheduling software.Retail & Upselling: Recommending premium men's grooming products (beard oils, pomades, etc.) and suggesting add-on services during checkout.Requirements: Experience: 1–2 years of proven experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality. (Previous experience in a salon or barbershop is a major plus!)Technical Skills: Strong cash-handling abilities, basic math skills, and comfort learning/using modern POS and booking software.Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with a friendly, professional, and approachable.Multitasking: The ability to calmly handle phone calls , process a checkout, and greet a new walk-in and make the experience smooth for the customers.
