Category Ownership and Growth Planning:• Own the performance and growth agenda for an assigned product category for supplements such as Women’s Health, Men’s Health & Sports, or Essentials & Family.• Develop category growth plans covering revenue, awareness, trial, repeat purchase, and portfolio development.• Monitor category performance and recommend actions to improve sales, visibility, and profitability.• Act as the internal champion for assigned products and ensure the category receives the right level of focus and support.Commercial and Budget Responsibility:• Manage category budget proposals and track usage against agreed plans.• Recommend campaign priorities, media allocation, promotional initiatives, sampling plans, and activation needs.• Track revenue, sell-through, AOV impact, promotional performance, and category profitability.• Work closely with E-Commerce, Retail Execution, Finance, and Planning to ensure commercial targets are supported operationally.Marketing, Sampling and Activation Planning:• Plan category-specific marketing initiatives across digital and on-ground channels in collaboration with the relevant execution teams.• Develop campaign briefs for digital marketing, creative, influencer activity, sampling, and activation programs.• Plan and advocate for category sampling and activations, ensuring clear objectives, product logic, and expected outcomes.• Collaborate with Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, Retail Execution, and E-Commerce teams to ensure strong execution.Portfolio, Innovation, and Market Intelligence:• Monitor market trends, competitors, customer feedback, and consumer needs within the assigned category.• Recommend new product opportunities, SKU extensions, bundle concepts, and category innovation ideas.• Support pricing, positioning, and claims discussions with relevant internal teams.• Maintain updated benchmarks and category insights to support decision-making.Cross-Functional Coordination:• Coordinate with Marketing, E-Commerce, Retail Execution, Supply Chain, Planning, Finance, Regulatory, and agencies.• Ensure category plans are practical, aligned, and executable across all relevant channels.• Drive fast follow-up, clear ownership, and structured reporting for category initiatives. • 3-7 years of experience in FMCG, consumer health, supplements, beauty, food, wellness, or related consumercategories.• Background in brand management, category management, trade marketing, commercial planning, or growth marketing is preferred.• Strong analytical skills and comfort with sales, budget, and campaign performance data.• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and ability to work in a fast-moving launch environment.• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without heavy hierarchy.• Good understanding of digital marketing, sampling, activations, promotions, and consumer behavior.• Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills.• High potential to grow into a future Category Manager / Brand Manager role.
