About the role:MNT Halan is looking for Category Manager is responsible for developing and executing category strategies to drive sales growth, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. The role involves managing supplier relationships, optimizing assortment, pricing, promotions, inventory performance, and ensuring the availability of products that meet customer needs.What will you do: Develop and implement category growth strategies aligned with business objectives.Monitor category sales, profitability, market share, and key performance indicators (KPIs).Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, rebates, promotional support, and trading agreements.Manage product assortment, listing, delisting, and product lifecycle.Plan and execute promotional campaigns to increase sales and customer engagement.What we're Looking for: 3–5 years of experience in Category Management, Buying, Merchandising, or Commercial roles.Experience in FMCG, Retail, E-Commerce, or Grocery sectors is a Must.Experience managing Dairy, Juice, or Fresh Food categories is a strong advantage.
