CCO Executive Assistant

Job BriefWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). This role requires exceptional communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills to ensure smooth operations and effective coordination across commercial functions.Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Support: Manage the CCO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.Communication Management: Draft, review, and manage correspondence, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.Meeting Coordination: Organize executive meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items.Confidential Handling: Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive business and personnel information.Project Assistance: Support commercial initiatives by tracking progress, preparing documentation, and liaising with cross-functional teams.Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between the CCO and internal/external stakeholders.Document Management: Maintain organized records, contracts, and reports for easy retrieval.Operational Efficiency: Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes and improve workflow.Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.Proven experience (5+ years) as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting C-level executives.Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with enterprise tools (SAP, SuccessFactors, or similar).Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks under pressure.High level of discretion and professionalism.
