Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and minutes.Handle confidential correspondence and executive documentation.Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.Follow up on projects and ensure timely execution of action plans. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.5+ years of experience as a CEO Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Personal Assistant to senior management.Previous experience in Construction or Real Estate Investment companies is preferred.Excellent command of English (written & spoken).Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
