Success in this role means ensuring the CEO’s operations run smoothly through proactive scheduling, effective communication, and efficient coordination while maintaining confidentiality, supporting strategic initiatives, and enabling timely decision-making across the organization. University Degree, Bachelor of Economic, Business Administration or commerce3-5 years of experience in executive assistance, office management, or related roles, with at least 3 years supporting senior executives or C-level leadership.Total Years of Experience is 7 years by maxmium.Fluency in both spoken & written English language is required.Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.Excellent written and verbal communication skills to prepare executive correspondence, reports, and presentations.Ability to build strong relationships and coordinate effectively with senior stakeholders.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and digital collaboration tools.High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.Solid understanding of executive office operations, scheduling, and meeting management.Results -driven mindset with the ability to ensure progress on CEO priorities within defined timeframes.Strong attention to detail and analytical skills to track initiatives, follow-up actions, and deadlines.Integrity (Mutual trust, consistent with company ethics and values)
