Ensure compliance with food safety, quality standards, and corporate governance requirements. Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Food Science, Agriculture, or related field. An MBA is preferred. 15+ years of progressive leadership experience within Food & Beverage / FMCG industries. Proven experience as CEO, Managing Director, COO, or General Manager. Strong track record in business growth, export development, and operational transformation. Solid understanding of food manufacturing processes, supply chain, and commercial operations. Strong financial acumen with proven P&L ownership experience.
