Job PurposeTo provide high-level executive and administrative support to the CEO by managing schedules, communications, strategic follow-ups, and confidential business matters.Key Responsibilities• Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.• Prepare reports, presentations, proposals, and executive correspondence.• Attend meetings, record minutes, and track action items.• Coordinate communication between the CEO and internal departments.• Follow up on company-wide tasks and strategic initiatives.• Screen calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.• Handle confidential information with discretion.• Assist with business development opportunities and executive projects.• Organize executive events, board meetings, and client meetings.• Ensure deadlines assigned by the CEO are achieved.KPIs• Executive schedule efficiency.• Follow-up completion rate.• Meeting action item closure rate.• Timely preparation of reports and presentations.• Stakeholder satisfaction and communication effectiveness. Skills & Competencies• Exceptional communication skills.• Professionalism and confidentiality.• Strong organizational abilities.• Advanced PowerPoint, Excel, and Word skills.• Multitasking and prioritization.• High attention to detail.• Ability to work under pressure.Qualifications• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.• 3+ years of experience supporting senior executives.• Excellent command of English and Arabic.• Experience within engineering, construction, or industrial sectors is a plus.Preferred Candidate Profile• Presentable and professional.• Strong business writing skills.• Proactive and solution-oriented.• Able to represent the CEO professionally with clients, suppliers, and government entities.
